Wedding Booking Process

We look forward to working with you and appreciate your interest. Please review the information below to kickstart planning for your special day.

To secure your date we require a non-refundable deposit and will provide your contract for review. You may opt to book your date before or after your tasting. The purpose of this step is to secure us as your vendor. We’ll discuss all your order details in the next step. Be advised that we cannot guarantee our availability to you without a deposit.

Once your deposit is received and your date is booked with us, we’ll then get to work on creating the perfect cupcakes, cake or dessert display for your special day. 1 month prior to your event - All final order adjustments + your remaining balance payment are due.

Cake Size

When considering your flavors, there are three elements to familiarize yourself with: your cake flavor, your filling flavor and your exterior buttercream flavors.

FILLING: Your cake can be filled with any buttercream flavor. Or, you may opt to upgrade to a ganache filling for an additional fee.

EXTERIOR BUTTERCREAM: You have the choice of a different exterior buttercream flavor from your filling flavor.

FONDANT: Fondant is a sugarpaste that is rolled thin and draped over the exterior buttercream. It tastes sweet, similar to marshmallow. Fondant toppers also available.

Cake Size

Serving quantity is approximate and is based on our cutting guide of typical wedding sized slices. The amount of servings that each cake provides is ultimately determined by how you or your caterer cuts the cake.

Display, Delivery & Set-Up

We offer acrylic tower options for cupcakes and cart available for rental. These pieces are optional - but much like any accessory, they truly help make your desserts shine.

Rental fees start at $30.00. All rental items to be returned to Gotta Make The Cupcakes.

Delivery and set-up fee will be provided with quote. This fee covers our travel to your venue, including gas, mileage and tolls, safe, timely and secure transportation of your cupcakes or cake, along with any necessary onsite set-up. During the week of your wedding, we’ll coordinate our delivery details with your planner/coordinator, caterer and florist.
